I am grateful to live and work in Courtenay, B.C. on the unceded traditional territory of the K’ómoks First Nation – the Pentlatch, leeksan, Sasitla, Xa'xe and Sathloot peoples – the traditional keepers of this land.
​
When not working, I’m exploring Vancouver Island’s coast, hiking in the mountains, cross-country skiing, biking or doing yoga. I love farmers’ markets and am excited to see what I can produce in my own yard. I also love reading and value long friendships.
